Will the color of my item match exactly what is displayed on the website?

Our color charts online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.

Why the processing time is so long?

 

Apologies for any confusion caused. As our products are made to order, we require some time for preparation, followed by an additional 7-15 business days for shipping. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated. You can find the detailed tailoring and shipping times on the product page.

Once your order is ready, we will promptly arrange shipment and send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received the confirmation email by the estimated shipping date, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. There are two scenarios for order cancellation:

  1. Unpaid Orders: Orders that are not paid will automatically be canceled after 1 day.
  2. Paid Orders: If you haven’t received a shipping notification email yet, you can contact us within 24 hours to request a cancellation.

Please be aware that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, kindly wait for your package to arrive. You may choose to keep the item or return it for a refund. Do not refuse the delivery, as undelivered packages might be destroyed by the third-party logistics provider.
